We are looking for a people-oriented individual to help clients understand available benefit options and the information relevant to their needs. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys explaining information clearly and helping people make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
Explain benefit options and program information to clients.
Answer general questions and guide clients through the next steps.
Conduct virtual conversations and scheduled client presentations.
Follow established procedures when sharing information.
Maintain professional communication and follow up when needed.
Qualifications
No prior experience necessary; training provided.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Clear verbal communication and a professional attitude.
Willingness to learn benefit-related information and processes.
Reliable internet and a computer or laptop.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be based in the United States.
