Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
Assist bedside RNs with direct patient care, comfort measures, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and report clinical changes to primary nurses immediately.
Assist with patient transfers, mobility, repositioning, and pre/post-op hygiene.
Ensure patient rooms and supply areas remain stocked, sanitized, and organized.
Qualifications
Active Oklahoma CNA Certification.
Current BLS certification.
Minimum 1 year of acute care, hospital, or sub-acute facility experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Target Pay: $15.00 $19.00 / hour (plus shift differentials).
Incentives: Hiring bonus possible; Relocation assistance up to $5,000 available; Referral bonus up to $500.
